Oven safety
Our safety advisors will help you put in place safety measures to reduce the risk of explosion or fire.
- Securing gas trains with double solenoid valve, flame detection, automatic ignition, LOTO valve
- Explosion vents: some ovens are not equipped with explosion vents. TMFCT calculates the regulatory number of vents to be installed, and their positions according to the expansion joints, their sizes.
- Gas Trains
TMFCT helps you determine if your gas train is secure. Once mounted, the new gas train will then be interlocked in your existing cabinet.
- Gas leak detection
For more safety, especially in factories with few staff (nights), we can install gas leak detection. The detector will identify any gas leak, signal or even cut off gas.
- Fire detection: we can install fire cameras, or overheating probes at the oven outlet
- There are many ovens without side access. It is then impossible to clean the cooking chamber which can accumulate potentially flammable debris. TMFCT will then determine
the places where traps can be installed (every 2m), and our teams will come and install them for you.
- Replacement of old technology burners with safe and economical burners with insulating plate
- Other possible safety features :
- Overheating sensors
- Overpressure sensors
- Fan rotation control, burnt gas pressure control
- Crank position control
- Changing flame control boxes
- And any other security that may be necessary or recommended
For all these safeties, TMFCT will create a dedicated safety control panel that we will interloked to your existing one.
